Storms cause water damages in Chicago home

This foyer in this high end home was just one of the storm-affected rooms the homeowner experienced upon returning from a hard day's work.  There was plenty of water on the lower levels as well.  The homeowner called us as soon as possible, as to limit secondary damages.  SERVPRO Bedford Park / Burbank came out, extracted the water, removed the affected materials, and dried the structure.  We also sprayed for mold, to help ensure that mold would not be an issue.

This customer was thankful for our quick response, thorough work, and attention to detail.  He acknowledged that we treated his home as if it was ours, and thanked us for working within his schedule.
